Our select orange blossoms come from various remote regions of Iran. The orange tree is a very common fruit tree in Mediterranean regions. It is grown primarily for its delicious citrus fruits, which are very rich in vitamin C. However (particularly in herbal medicine and aromatherapy), its leaves, petals, buds, and zest are also used for their many beneficial properties:

Source: Iran
We harvest our petals by hand every year between May and August. We then let the petals dry in the Iranian sun.
