The tea Chinese green tea is an aromatic beverage made by steeping dried tea leaves. Tea originated in the Himalayan region, where it has been consumed since ancient times.

China is home to hundreds of varieties of green tea. In fact, it is home to the world’s largest consumers of green tea.

It is said that after age 70, people who drink green tea (which is rich in catechins) may have better brain function than coffee or black tea drinkers, for example.

There are Two traditional methods of making tea : the Chinese method, in which the leaves are heated in vats, and the Japanese method, which involves stopping the oxidation of the tea using steam.

Our tea is available in two forms: whole or powdered.

We have selected some farmers from China, where green tea is grown and harvested year-round.

States and Conditions

Our green tea leaves are rolled and withered. They vary in size. They are dark green in color. Their flavor is slightly astringent and somewhat strong.
