ABSINTHE: A SMALL PLANT
Absinthe, a small plant (Artemisia pontica L.), an aromatic plant with bitter, herbaceous, and intensely aromatic notes, is ideal for infusions, herbal teas, and traditional preparations. Valued for its digestive, stimulating, and invigorating properties, it adds character and depth to all your recipes. This all-natural product guarantees a powerful aroma and carefully selected quality.
Absinthe is a plant that adapts easily to its environment, as long as it is exposed to heat. This plant is rich in beneficial properties, which is why it has so many uses:
- medicinal : dewormer, anti-fatigue, for seasickness and nausea
- as a tea : including beer and wine, in particular
- As a spirit : There are many absinthe-based liqueurs around the world
- in perfumery : Its frosty scent is a hit at perfume shops
And of course, we use absinthe as a spice. It's a great choice for seasoning grilled foods!

We harvest the above-ground parts by hand during flowering (between July and September). We then air-dry them.

This blend, intended for seasoning grilled foods, has a very distinctive aroma. The scent becomes even more pronounced when you rub the blend between your fingers before using it.
