The terms \u201ckeuft\u00e9\u201d and \u201ckefta\u201d refer to mixtures of ground meat that are served warm as a main course alongside rice or bulgur pilaf. This dish has many origins: Armenian, North African, Turkish, and more\u2026<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The term \u201ckefta\u201d is also used, referring to the more general category of meat-based dishes served in the Maghreb, the Mashreq, and the Balkans (among other places).<\/p>\n

Our keuft\u00e9 and kefta blends are two distinct blends with different compositions.<\/p>\n

Here are the ingredients that make up our\u00a0keuft\u00e9 mix<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n

  • ground cumin<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • ground sweet chili pepper,\u00a0<\/strong>ground American chili pepper,\u00a0<\/strong>ground hot chili pepper<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • pepper<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • ground white pepper, ground cilantro.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    And the ones contained in our\u00a0kefta mix<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n

      We recommend using about 2 to 3 teaspoons of spice per 250 g of meat. The amount will, of course, vary depending on your personal preferences. We also recommend mixing the spices into the meat by hand for a perfect, homemade result.<\/p>\n

      Many recipes pair perfectly with kefta spices: tagine, spiced sardines, chicken skewers, etc.<\/p>\n
